Another Facility Fully Designed and Constructed By Our Team. The Design Phase
Being Completed In Under 2 months Whilst The Construction Phase Within 4 Months!

Featuring 3 Pools -
LAP POOL 25m x 8 lanes with disabled access ramp
LEARN TO SWIM POOL 16m x 12m with bench seat and disabled access ramp
BEACH WADING POOL with water play features for kids

Mainteneance, Cleaning, Temperature Control and Operating Conditions all made easier because all 3 pools have their own balance tank and filtration system. A Design Feature sees all 3 pools drain to the underground
balance tanks

Balance Tanks
These tanks have sufficient storage capacity to take all the displaced water from bathers entering the pool with the water pumped back upon bathers exiting eliminating any water loss from large volumes of swimmers. Also doubling as storage of some of the rainwater falling into the pool which will then be used during backwashing and compensating for water lost through evaporation.

Pumps
These draw water from suction legs in the balance tank eliminating the need for suction outlets in the pool thereby assisting in the prevention of drowning due to being sucked up against a suction point.

Filtration System
Chlorine and pH levels are regulated via a small line taken off the main line, pumped through a chemical control device that measures these levels, activating chemical pumps to add acid/carbon dioxide, redirecting to the return line to be mixed with the filtered water entering the pool.

Heating System
Two different systems receiving water from the clearwater return line and pumping with separate pumps through the heating system back into the pool system:
Solar System - located atop the roof of the amenities building.
Gas System - heats the water when the Solar System is not sufficient enough.
